Fresh Start Pet Coaching offers reward based training and behavior modification to owners of dogs and cats.
Behavior Problems Addressed:

Consultations
- Initial Phone Consultation…………………………………….. Complementary
- The initial phone consult is an opportunity to discuss the problem at hand and determine if FSPC is the right resource for you and your pet. The consultation typically lasts about 15 minutes. You may schedule an initial phone consult by emailing Fresh Start Pet Coaching or by calling 512-942-6110 (Austin/Georgetown) or 254-523-9175 (Waco).
- Behavior Consultation……………………………….$125.00/hour
- The length of the consultation depends on the problem being addressed. Consultations typically last 1-2 hours.
- A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
- Behavior consultations include:
- A comprehensive behavior history
- Analysis of video/audio recordings or photographs of the behavior
- Identification of the possible reason(s) for the problem
- A reward based training and behavior modification plan designed to address the problem
- Email/Telephone support for one month following the consultation
- A 1 page summary report of the consultation sent to your veterinarian.
- Re-evaluation after one month to determine what additional support is needed.
The following types of consultations are available:
- Telephone consultation
- In person consultation at FSPC
- In Person consultation at your home
Home visits are scheduled at the discretion of FSPC. In the event that a home visit is scheduled additional travel fees may apply.
- Follow-up Sessions………………………………………………. $125.00/hour
- Follow up visits are scheduled on an as-needed basis and may be done in person or over the telephone.
- The need for a follow up session will be determined jointly between the pet owner and FSPC.
- Behavior Packages
- For some behavior problems (i.e. aggression, etc) we may recommend a behavior package which includes 2 follow up sessions and up to 4 months of email and telephone follow up support.

Payment and Policies
1. Payment is accepted via a Paypal invoice sent to your email address. You do not need a paypal account in order to pay via the Paypal invoice.
2. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time your behavior consultation is scheduled.
3. Do to the fact that many pet behavior problems can be caused be medical ailments FSPS recommends that all pet owners see their veterinarian for a complete physical prior to contacting us for a behavior consultation.
